Herb Infused Water – Sharon

7 1/2 C Water
8 Cucumber slices (sliced thin)
3 Lemon slices (sliced thin)
1 1/2in Lemon Thyme sprig
1 1/2in Rosemary sprig
4 Apple mint medium sized leaves

In a one quart pitcher (I use a mason jar), combine cucumber, lemon, lemon thyme, rosemary and mint. Fill the container with water (approximately 7 ½ cups). Chill for 2 hours.
