Dressing for the Table – September 21

What an event at Goldner Walsh Greenhouse on Saturday.  Our presentation was Dressings for the Table.  We had homemade herbal salad dressings served on a bed of lettuce.  We had two other salads using fresh herbs, french potato salad and a great corn-avocado salad both provided by our Chairman Maryanne Dunmire.  There were dressings from Maryanne, Carol, Alisa, Jeanne and Judy.

Our audience was very attentive and had great questions.  The lecture was followed by a lot of discussion during the tasting section of the program.  I want to say how tasty the food was.  Everyone agreed with me.
