Rosemary Pecans – Sheila

  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh rosemary, OR 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne (optional)
  • 1 cup pecan halves

Mix butter and seasonings together in a shallow, foil-lined baking pan. Add pecans, stirring until all are coated.Heat for 10-15 minutes in a 350-degree oven, stirring occasionally. Watch them carefully so they don’t burn.
