Cooking with Herbs: The Cook’s Garden of Colorful Culinaries, Saturday, April 14th
Carol Czechowski had the opportunity to present one of our favorite presentations at historic Bogie Lake Greenhouses in beautiful White Lake MI.
From the Emperor Charlemagne to the Shakers, everyone who was anyone at all maintained a kitchen garden. Carol chose 10 of her favorite herbs and walked the group though ways to use the herbs recipes. She also discussed the growing conditions needed to produce a beautiful garden for use and delight.
