Yukon Gold Potatoes
Salt and Pepper
Wash the potatoes and cut into cubes (You don’t need to peel the potatoes). Put the potatoes, olive oil, and Herbs de Provence in a Ziploc bag. Coat the potatoes with the mixture and place in a roasting pan. Salt and Pepper to taste. Bake for 20 minutes, then turn them with a spatula and bake for another 15 minutes. Remove and serve.
