We transplanted plants into the long border that were donated by ;
Carol – white anemone hupehensis ( Japanese anemone) , also known as windflower.
Peggy – Tansy and white yarrow.
Janet – Acanthus ( bears breeches) , white anemones.
Also more moving and transplanting into the long bed, for the ongoing addition of fullness, color and movement.
We removed a clump of rudibekia that had Poison Ivy growing through it, and hope we got all the surrounding Ivy and roots. Yuk !!
Overall, a gorgeous sunny day in the garden.
