2 apples, cored and chopped
1/2 cup maple syrup
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 cups cider
50 meatballs
Spray a slow cooker liner and turn on low. Put meatballs in. Combine cider, cider vinegar and maple syrup and pour over meatballs. Place chopped apples on top. Place on lid and cook 4 to 8 hours. Serve.
Makes 10 -20 servings.
Additions: cinnamon and/or nutmeg, chopped fresh sage
