- 2lb Talapia or other mild fish
- 2T Lemon Juice
Seasonings:
- 2t Lemon Zest
- 1/2t Garlic Powder
- 1/2t Dill (Dried)
- 1/2t Sea Salt
- 1/2t Parsley (dried)
- 1/4t Pepper
- Combine the Seasonings in a small bowl and mix together.
- Spoon lemon juice over both sides of the fish fillets.
- Sprinkle the Seasonings on side one of the fish.
- Grill or broil the fish for 4 minutes.
- Turn the fish and sprinkle the other side with seasoning.
- Grill or broil the fish for 4 minutes.
