- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh rosemary, OR 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne (optional)
- 1 cup pecan halves
Mix butter and seasonings together in a shallow, foil-lined baking pan. Add pecans, stirring until all are coated.Heat for 10-15 minutes in a 350-degree oven, stirring occasionally. Watch them carefully so they don’t burn.
