Talapia – Grilled or Broiled

 

  • 2lb Talapia or other mild fish
  • 2T Lemon Juice

Seasonings:

  • 2t Lemon Zest
  • 1/2t Garlic Powder
  • 1/2t Dill (Dried)
  • 1/2t Sea Salt
  • 1/2t Parsley (dried)
  • 1/4t Pepper
  1. Combine the Seasonings in a small bowl and mix together.
  2. Spoon lemon juice over both sides of the fish fillets.
  3. Sprinkle the Seasonings on side one of the fish.
  4. Grill or broil the fish for 4 minutes.
  5. Turn the fish and sprinkle the other side with seasoning.
  6. Grill or broil the fish for 4 minutes.
