Roasted Pears – Annie

Bosc Pears
Olive Oil
Freshly grated Nutmeg
Ground Cinnamon

Cut and core Bosc pears and dice into chunks.  Place in a roasting pan and drizzle with olive oil .  Add freshly grated nutmeg and a little ground cinnamon. Roast at 400 degrees F until golden brown and serve as a side or dessert.
