Garlic and Herb Cream Cheese Ball

t = teaspoon, T = tablespoon

 

  • 2T        Butter (softened)
  • 8 oz     Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 2T        Parmesan Cheese (grated)
  • 2T        Sour Cream
  • 2T        Milk
  • 1/4t      Garlic Powder
  • 1/4t      Thyme (Dried)
  • 1/4t      Black Pepper (Ground)
  • 1/4t      Dill (Dried)
  • 1/4t      Basil (Dried)
  • 1t         Parsley (Dried)
  • 1t         Oregano
  • pinch   Sea Salt

Grind dried herbs into a fine powder.   Mix the herbs and all of the remaining ingredients together until smooth.  Refrigerate overnight.

    • This sounds good , but have you ever made it with fresh herbs ?
      I am going to make it for the Holidays, but usually prefer the color and texture of fresh herbs.
