Corn and Black Bean Salsa – Sheila

2 cups black beans
2 cups roasted corn kernels (Sheila bought hers at Trader Joe’s)
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
6 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1/4 cup minced red onion
1/4 cup minced green onion
11/2 teaspoons ground cumin
1/2 cup chopped fresh tomato

Mix all ingredients except tomato in a large bowl and then season to taste with salt and pepper. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Mix in tomatoes just before serving.
