3 tablespoons butter
1 very large onion, peeled, halved and thinly sliced
2 medium apples, peeled, cored and thinly sliced (Northern Spy or Ida Red)
1 pound prepared pizza dough
2 cups Dubliner Cheese, shredded
1/2 cup thinly sliced prosciutto
1 tablespoon each chopped fresh thyme and fresh sage

Add apples to skillet; cook and stir for 10 minutes more or until onions and apples are very soft; set aside. Preheat oven to 450° F and line 2 large baking sheets with parchment paper. Divide dough into 3 equal pieces. Roll each into a 9-inch circle or a 10 x 8-inch rectangle on a lightly floured board. Transfer to prepared baking sheets and place equal amounts of onion mixture, prosciutto and cheese on each pizza. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until cheese is lightly browned on the edges. Sprinkle with fresh thyme and fresh sage.
